Description:

Three academic centers — The Council on Latin American and Iberian Studies at Yale University (CLAIS), the Center on the Politics of Development at UC Berkeley (CPD), and the Chicago Center on Democracy at the University of Chicago (CCD) — are co-organizing an online conference on democracy and development in Latin America.

This is an online conference between three institutions with physical locations at each institution for interested attendees and participants to gather. Applications for paper submissions are open to graduate students from Yale University, University of Berkeley, and the University of Chicago.
