Nicole is a rising sophomore in Grace Hopper College studying Ethnicity, Race, Migration, and Art with a concentration in film. Inspired and in honor of her upbringing and cultural heritage, her interests intersect diasporic migrations and indigenous rights in Latin America, especially within the Amazon Basin. Outside of class, she is Social Media Director for Latina Women at Yale, a member of Sabrosura and Rthymic Blue, and an active participant in Miami’s local film scene.
