Peter Haskin

Peter is a student of the early modern Atlantic world in his first year of the department’s Ph.D. program. His interest in ecclesiastical maps of New Spain has led him to questions about the role of Catholic thought and practice in the environmental transformation of that viceroyalty during the colonial period. He holds a B.A. in history from Boston College.
