Rodrigo Ayala-Miret is an LL.M. candidate at Yale Law School from Asunción, Paraguay. His research and teaching focus on Constitutional Law, Human Rights, and Democratic Governance, especially on Separation of Powers and Open Government reforms in Latin America. Before coming to Yale, he taught as a Professor of Public Law at the Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción (Paraguay), where he also was the Coordinator of the Observatory on Access to Public Information. He holds a master’s degree in Constitutional Law and Human Rights from the University of Bologna and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción.
