Stefan Lessmann

Stefan Lessmann is a PhD-Student in Comparative Literature at Yale University. He focuses on literature and philosophy from Latin America, the Iberian Peninsula and German-speaking countries. His interests include Latin American intellectual history from the 19^th century onwards, political theory and Philosophy and Theology of Liberation. Furthermore, he works on the relations between text and image in Brazilian and European poetry. He is currently studying Nahuatl thanks to the support of the Yale Center for Language Study.
