Wandan (Linda) Li

Linda is a third year Global Affairs student at Yale-NUS College, with a minor in Mathematical, Computational & Statistical Sciences. Her affinity with Latin American Studies started with picking out the name “Linda” from the back of a dictionary, friendships made in the ESL program of a Florida public school, or maybe with a great-grandfather that set off for work at the Panama Canal and never returned. She is broadly interested in contentious politics, how social media platforms facilitate political participation, and the Chinese diaspora in Latin America.
